Disclaimer and Client/Customer Agreement

By contacting Lynsey Scott at Lynsey Energy, scheduling a session, or making a payment, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the following:

Disclaimer: Lynsey Scott currently provides talk therapy services under her clinical social work license. All other services offered through Lynsey Energy are classified as alternative and complementary health services. These services are not intended to replace or serve as formal treatment or therapy for mental, emotional, or behavioral health conditions. While many individuals find these services beneficial, they are not designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions. Additionally, these services are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or other expert advice or services.

No Liability Policy: Lynsey Scott maintains a No Liability Policy for all alternative and complimentary services. The customer/client is responsible for his/her/their interpretations of the session and engages with the services at their own discretion. Any consequences resulting from that are the customer’s/client’s responsibility.

Confidentiality: All client information, communications, and sessions are confidential with a few exceptions. These include but are not limited to: failure to make proper and timely payments, technological security breaches, a perceived risk of harm to self or others, and other reasons at Lynsey Scott’s discretion. Any information shared about your session in a public forum will not contain your name, date of birth, nor any combination of information that a person could reasonably identify with you or any client/customer directly.

Session Recordings: Lynsey Scott is not responsible for technological issues that prevent recordings from being accessed, received, or function properly. Access to recordings are made available for 30 days after the session. Please never listen to recorded session while driving or engaging in any activity that requires your attention.

Right to Refuse Services: Lynsey Scott maintains the right to refuse or discontinue services.
