About Lynsey
Hi, I'm Lynsey.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, intuitive guide, and student of healing.
For more than fifteen years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people as they've navigated trauma, anxiety, addiction, grief, life transitions, and some of the most difficult seasons of their lives. That work has taught me something I continue to witness every day:
People aren't broken.
Sometimes we simply lose connection with ourselves.
Life has a way of layering us with fear, old beliefs, protective patterns, and expectations about who we should be. Over time, it becomes difficult to hear the quiet wisdom that's always been within us.
My work is about helping you reconnect with that part of yourself.
I believe healing happens on many levels.
Through the nervous system.
Through the body.
Through compassionate relationships.
Through self-awareness.
And sometimes, through reconnecting with something larger than ourselves.
Whether you call that intuition, Higher Self, Spirit, Source, or simply your deepest inner knowing, I believe we all have access to an inner guidance system that gently leads us toward healing and growth.
One of the greatest gifts I can offer isn't answers.
It's helping you learn to trust your own.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and trauma-informed care.
I love helping people bridge these worlds—bringing together grounded clinical practice with curiosity, compassion, and a deeper exploration of consciousness.
Like many of the people I work with, my own healing journey has shaped who I am.
I've navigated intergenerational mental health challenges, codependency, and my own process of recovery and self-discovery. Those experiences continue to remind me that healing isn't about perfection.
It's about becoming more honest.
More present.
More compassionate toward ourselves.
Whether we're working together through psychotherapy or intuitive guidance, my intention is the same:
To create a space where you feel safe enough to explore, heal, and reconnect with who you truly are.
Because I believe that beneath every protective pattern is a whole, wise, resilient person waiting to be remembered.
I'm honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
I currently reside in the Sierra Nevada mountains in Northern California in a small cabin town called Arnold.
I’ve lived and practiced primarily in the East Bay Area in California in Oakland, Dublin, Fremont, Berkeley, and Alameda.
I also practiced briefly in the greater Chicagoland area.
