Lynsey Scott, LCSW
Hi there! In my practice, I work with individuals in one-on-one sessions, offering spiritual guidance and healing to those at various stages of their healing journeys. My goal is to support others in reconnecting with their True Self—the One Self—helping them align and live in a balanced and centered state of being.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I began my transition to a higher, more conscious way of living (commonly known as a spiritual awakening) at the age of 30. This marked the beginning of my own healing journey, one that involved overcoming inter-familial and multi-generational mental health struggles, codependency, and challenges with eating and alcohol. Despite seeking support from many traditional spaces—therapy, support groups, religion, etc.—I often found that these methods didn’t address the core of what I needed at the time.
It was only when I learned to trust and surrender to my own inner guidance that my path began to clear. Through working with my own spiritual mentors and guides, I soon recognized my innate ability to assist others on their unique journeys. I now work as an intuitive healer, energy worker, and spiritual confidant, helping others heal and find their true alignment.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I am a trauma-informed practitioner with over 15 years of professional and clinical social work experience. My background includes working with individuals facing various life transitions, including justice-involved individuals, veterans, and those diagnosed with PTSD, as well as people recovering from significant substance use and mental health conditions.
I currently reside in the Sierra Nevada mountains in Northern California in a small cabin town called Arnold.
I’ve lived and practiced primarily in the East Bay Area in Oakland, Dublin, Fremont, Berkeley, and Alameda.
I also practiced briefly in the greater Chicagoland area.
