Lynsey Scott works with individuals in one-on-one sessions, offering spiritual guidance and healing to those at various stages of their spiritual awakening and healing journey. She supports others in reconnecting with their True Self—the One Self—to align and live in a balanced and centered state of being.
A San Francisco Bay Area native, Lynsey began her transition to a higher, more conscious way of living (commonly known as a spiritual awakening) at the age of 30. This marked the start of her healing journey from inter-familial and multi-generational mental health struggles, codependency, and challenges with eating and alcohol. She sought support from many traditional spaces (therapy, support groups, religion, etc.), but they often did not resonate with her.
Once Lynsey learned to trust and surrender to her inner guidance, her path became clearer. She soon recognized her innate ability to help others on their unique journeys. She now serves as an intuitive healer, energy worker, and spiritual confidant, assisting others in their own healing processes.
Lynsey is a trauma-informed practitioner with over 15 years of professional and clinical social work experience. Her background includes working with individuals facing various life transitions, including justice-involved individuals, veterans, people diagnosed with PTSD, and those recovering from significant substance use and/or mental health conditions.
Lynsey currently resides in the Sierra Nevada mountains in Northern California in a small cabin town called Arnold.
She’s lived and practiced primarily in the East Bay Area in Oakland, Dublin, Fremont, Berkeley, and Alameda.
She also practiced briefly in the greater Chicagoland area.
