Cancellations and Refunds

By contacting Lynsey Scott at Lynsey Energy, scheduling a session, or making a payment, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the following:

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with a refund up to 48 hours before they start. After that, a refund is not possible. Refunds exclude the payment transaction fees. Exceptions may be made for certain extenuating circumstances.

In alignment with industry standard, payment is due prior to the appointment . Please be sure that your schedule works and that you're ready for this type of inner work before making a payment.

Please arrive on time for your appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to be seen and will be responsible for paying in full for your session.
